Onsite Catering

Allow our talented Southern California catering team to create a menu developed specially for your group. From the simplest coffee break to the most elaborate themed banquet, indoor or outside, our experienced staff will dazzle your guests with their creativity and finesse.


Take advantage of our new and exciting Personal Preference Dining®. This unique dining choice lets your guests select their own entrée at your function. Each diner is offered a choice from four options, allowing them to choose the main course that best suits his or her own taste. As the meeting planner, you select the soup and salad, while our Chef will choose a trio of desserts beautifully presented in our Southern California banquet rooms for each guest. With the mobile kitchen, everything is prepared "ala minute" so salads are crisp and fresh, pasta is cooked al dente, and steaks arrive at your table hot, juicy and sizzling.

    When you are planning an offsite event, count on our professional staff to attend to every detail, whether it is an early morning balloon ride, a casual picnic in one of the many scenic areas around Indian Wells and Palm Springs or a formal event at a private estate.     Let our talented Executive Chef Chris Mitchum impress you and your guests with a fascinating culinary demonstration. Learn the secret tips to preparing outstanding cuisine for family or when entertaining friends at home. Choose from one- to four-hour "hands-on" or "theatre-style" presentations that incorporate a lunch or dinner event. You may also learn about wine pairings, grilling, seasonal menus or spa cuisine, depending upon your interests. We'd be delighted to customize a demonstration to match your interests.
