Check-in:
Please check-in at the spa reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment, so you may take advantage of our shower, sauna and steam room before your treatments. Unfortunately, late arrivals will not receive an extension of time on scheduled treatments.

Age Limitations:
Spa facilities are for guests age 18 and older, and fitness facilities for guest 16 and older. Some salon treatments are available to children under the age of 18 with parental supervision.

We require all cellular phones, blackberries, pagers, etc. be turned off while at the spa.

Smoking is not permitted in the spa. Alcohol is not recommended before or after treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone appearing to be under the influence of alcohol.

Jewelry can get in the way of a great massage. We encourage all guests to make use of your in-room safe.
Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel, we require eight hours notice to avoid full-appointment charges.
Gratuities:
An 18% service charge will automatically be added to all treatments and packages. Additional gratuities may be given at your discretion.
